摘要
地方本科院校财务管理专业应用型人才培养中存在培养目标缺乏明确性、缺乏对市场需求信息的了解、专业课程结构设置不合理等主要问题,以此确立了就业能力培养在地方本科院校财务管理专业应用型人才培养中的目标定位,构建一个"双主体、双师型、双教育、双体系、双业制"五位一体的协同创新培养模式,以此来推进地方本科院校财务管理专业人才培养模式的改革。
The main problems of the training applied talents of financial management majors in local undergraduate colleges are lack of distinct training objectives, lack of understanding marker demand information, course structure set unreasonable etc. The new target location of professional personnel training of financial management is to set applied talents cultivation of employment ability, by constructing a collaborative innovation training mode of "double main bodies, double division types, double education, double systems and dual industries" five in one, so as to push forward the reform of the training model of professional talents of financial management in local colleges.
