摘要
旅游资源开发旨在将旅游资源这一原料加工成为可直接消费的旅游产品,这一行为的实质是创新。经济学、管理学、人类学及相关学科中的创新理论为旅游资源开发实践提供了方法论,指明了方向。旅游资源开发中应重视创新和企业家的作用,提升创新能力,构建旅游资源开发创新系统,抓好发现资源、转化产品、产品创新3个关键环节,重点关注理念创新、文化创意、科技创新、制度创新4个重点领域,以提高旅游资源开发的效率、效益和持续性。
Tourism resource development aims to process tourism resources, raw material into tourism products for direct consumption, which is the essence of innovation. The innovation theory of economics, management science, anthropology and re- lated disciplines provided methodology for tourism resource development practice and indicated the direction. Tourism resource development should pay attention to innovation and entrepreneurs, also improve innovation ability, construct the innovation system of tourism resource development, and grasp three critical links, that is, to discover resources, transform products and innovate products. We should focus on the four areas of concept innovation, culture creativity, scientific technological innovation and sys- tem innovation, to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainability of tourism resource development.
