介绍一种有趣的控制策略,它涉及如何用泵控马达转速随动控制系统对线坯进行径向位置控制.推导了保证卷取与挤压同步的“螺旋卷取”数学模型.以此为基础设计研制了微机控制的液压卷线机.文中还论述了它的基本组成,工作原理及模拟负载条件下的试验结果.
A fascinating control technique which is about how use the control system of the follower of the pump-controlled motor speed to control the radial position of the wire billet is presented. A 'screw winding' mathematic model which ensures the synchronism of winding and extruding is deduced. And then a hydraulic wire winding machine with computer control has been designed and manufactured. Its basic structure, work principle and test results under simulated load are given.
