临床住院医师规范化培训正是医院人才战略的重要组成部分 ,在具体实施过程中 ,一定要正确处理好手段与目的的关系、理论与技能的关系、专科与相关学科的关系。
The training scheme for junior hospital residents is a vital part of the overall strategy. In practice, we must carefully handle the relationship between means and goals, between theories and skills, between specialities and relative subjects, and between passive learning and active involvement in the training.
