摘要
对柴油机燃烧过程进行了较细致的研究,用双区燃烧模型描述缸内过程,建立了一个非线性柴油机数学模型.对多种工况下的柴油机工作循环进行仿真计算,并在此基础上研制了柴油机参数调整优化软件,对低负荷工况下柴油机的结构参数进行了优化。本文还进行了柴油机工作过程实验室试验,验证了所做工作的有效性.
A non-linear mathematical model of the diesel engine is set up, with stress laid on the process of burning in the cylinder, and a two-zone-burning model is used to describe the process in the cylinder. The working cycle of the diesel engine under various conditions has been calculated. The software for optimal readjustment of the engine construction has been developed, and the construction parameters of the engine under lower load condition have been optimized. In order to verify the effect of the effort,experiments have been made in the laboratory.
