Ten years after SARS broke out and spread in China,Guangdong Provincial health system has been working on the promotion and improvement of three major system,namely public health emergency response system, disease prevention and control system, health enforcement and supervision system, at the same time, also focusing on the strengthening infrastructure, cultivating talents, constructing connotation and scientific management.Yao Zhibin, director of Guangdong Provincial Health Department, shares his insights and perspectives.
