In recent years,more than 10 thouseand chain stores have appeared in China’s major cities,and they injected vigour into the trading market.Through the perspective of China’chain store management.This article points out some common problems existing in this field,analyses the cause of these problems.Further,it probes into the countermeasures of these issues.
