摘要
在领导者的领导活动中 ,既有权力性影响力 ,又有非权力性影响力 ,相对于权力性影响力而言 ,非权力性影响力更能激发下属的工作能动性 ,更有助于提高领导效能。领导者要提高自己的非权力性影响力 ,就必须以自身的品格、能力、知识、情感等对被领导者实施影响。非权利性影响力比权力性影响力要广泛、稳定。
There is either the power of authoritative influence or the power of non-authoritative influence which shows the leading activities of leader.In comparison with these two factors,the power of non-authoritative influence can be not only more effective to stimulate motivation of subordinates,but also in favor of increasing the leader’s efficiency.In consequence,the leader should improve the power of non authoritative influence to be consisted of quality,capacity,knowledge and emotion etc,in order to fulfill influence for subordinates.As a result ,the power of non-authoritative influence is more Wide-ranging and more stable than the power of authoritative influence,but supplement and complement each other.
