明代西北马政是明朝政治经营西北特别是巩固西北边防的重要步骤 ,而仆苑官牧制度则是西北马政的重要内容 。
The policy on managing horse in Ming Dynasty’s north-west reign is an important aspect the dynasty ruled north-west reign,especially,consolidated the frontier defence there.However,Puyuanguanmu Policy is a vital segment of the policy on managing horse in north-west reign.The policies and its evolvement can reflect the development of the policy on managing horse in north-west reign in a profile.
