试析教育作为产业发展的理论依据及其政策意义

摘要 教育作为产业发展是市场经济建立过程中出现的问题 ,求解这一问题虽然在不同领域中产生出不同意见 ,但从教育自身的生产性、教育活动的投入—产出、市场经济的要求和知识经济时代对学习的改变等方面分析可见 ,教育作为产业发展是有充分依据的 ,教育作为产业发展带来的新问题是可通过制度改进预防和弥补的。于是在理论上研究这一问题 ,将对认识教育发展战略。 Education as an industrial development is the problem emergent in construction of market economy,and its solution has been disagreed on in different fields.Analyzed from productivity of education itself,input of educational activity and its output,requirement of market economy and changes in the study brought about by the intellectual economy.Education as an industrial development can be fully documented and its new problems can also prevented and remedied by improvement of systems. Therefore,theoretic study of this problem will be useful for understanding the strategy of educational development and reform.
