摘要
本文通过对青藏高原特殊环境下 ,不同海拔地区小学生的作息制度与平原地区进行比较研究 ,揭示了高原不同海拔地区小学生作息制度方面存在的问题 ;就高原环境下小学生适宜活动量和各种活动的构成比 ,提出了几点建议 ,为高原小学校制定学校作息制度 ,科学地组织教育和教学 ;提高学生的学习效率 。
The paper,based on the special conditions of Qinghai-xizang plateau,intends to made a comparative study of Timetable System between the students in those areas at different altitudes and in the plains,through research,the paper reveals existent problems about timetable of students in the areas at different altitudes.Finally,the paper has put forward some suggestions about proper amount of activities and their scientific proportions,which will provide a referential facts for primariy schools in the plateau to set up timetable,scientifically arrange for education and teaching,to improve pupils' study efficiency,to develop the students' body and mental in a healthy way in the course of their education.
