摘要
目的:基于分子生物学方法,从MMP-2、TIMP-2角度探讨琥珀散治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法:50只SD大鼠分为正常组、伪手术组、疾病模型组、琥珀散组、达那唑组。结果:1.自体内膜移植后,EMs大鼠在位及异位内膜的MMP-2和TIMP-2含量均较伪手术组升高。2.EMs大鼠在位内膜的MMP-2含量与正常组有相同的水平,TIMP-2则明显高于正常组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。3.经琥珀散治疗后,EMs大鼠异位内膜MMP-2、TIMP-2含量均明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:疾病模型组异位内膜上存在MMP-2高表达的现象,与正常组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);TIMP-2在疾病模型组在位、异位内膜上均表达升高,与正常组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
Objective:Based on the molecular biology method,from MMP-2,TIMP-2 perspectives to explore mechanism of HuPoSan therapy for endometriosis.Methods: 50 SD rats were divided into the blank group,pseudo surgery group,disease model group,HuPoSan group,danazol group.Results:1.After self intima implantation,the MMP-2 and TIMP-2 contents in Reign and ectopic endometrial of EMs rats were higher than those of pseudo surgical group 2.The MMP-2 content in ectopic of EMs had the same level with normal group,TIMP-2 was obviously higher than that of normal group,the difference was significant(P0.01) 3.After the treatment of HuPoSan,the contents of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in EMs rats ectopic endometrial were significantly lower,and their difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusion: In the ectopic endometrial of disease model group has the phenomenon of MMP-2 high expression,and compared with normal group there is a significant difference(P0.01).In the disease group TIMP-2 expression increases in reign and ectopic endometrial,and compared with the normal group there is a significant difference(P0.01).
