It is the requirement of the times as well as t he historical mission of education to train high-quality creative personnel who are initiative, resolute and competent in their career. The author probes into th e further reform of higher education and the training of a new generation of qua lified personnel from 14 aspects, including the change of the concept of qualifie d personnel, the establishment of a new scientific evaluation system to check col lege students, the improvement in the method of moral education, and so on.
