高尿酸血症患者1616例的体检资料分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨影响高尿酸血症患病率的主要相关因素,为高尿酸血症的健康教育提供可靠的健康干预依据。方法对本院2008至2011年度,进行健康体检的部分事业单位高尿酸血症检出者的体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1616例高尿酸血患者中,男性占84.53%,女性占15.47%。从高尿酸血症患者年龄构成看,高尿酸血症患病率随年龄的增加而增加,但年龄段在40~49之间的高尿酸血症患病率所占的比例最大,说明生活方式是影响尿酸水平的重要因素;高尿酸血症合并高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压及高血糖的发生率高达91.27%。结论高尿酸血症的患病率男性高于女性;高尿酸血症与高血脂、高血压、高血糖及脂肪肝的发生密切相关,控制血脂、血压及血糖可减少高尿酸血症的发生,健康生活方式有利于降低尿酸水平。
