Parameter optimization of energy-consumption node for polymer injection allocation system

摘要 分析聚合物驱油技术从母液的配制到注入过程中各环节能耗点,合理控制配注系统的运行参数,确定系统的最佳运行点,可进一步降低配注系统能耗。配注系统主要由配制和注入两部分组成,优化配制过程中的母液初溶时间、母液熟化时间,调整熟化罐高低液位值和母液外输过程中泵的运行台数,可以降低配制过程中的电量消耗。优化注入过程中注聚泵的运行频率、阀组注入压差,合理确定注入系统的最佳运行点,在保证泵效和注入要求的基础上可以降低注入过程的电能消耗。通过对聚合物配注系统能耗节点参数的优化,可以降低系统10%左右的电能消耗。 @@@@The energy-consumption of polymer disposal and injection system can be reduced by analyzing the energy-consumption point during the polymer solution disposal and injection process, controlling the running parameter of polymer disposal and injection system and determining the best running point of system. The electricity-consumption for polymer disposal process can be decreased by opti-mizing the initial dissolution time and maturing time of mother solution, adjusting the level of slake tank and the number of pumps used for mother solution output. The electricity-consumption for polymer injection process can be reduced by optimizing the running frequency of polymer in-jecting pump and the pressure difference of valves, and determining the best running point of poly-mer injection system on the basis of meeting the injection requirements. Electricity-consumption of 10% can be reduced by optimizing the energy-consumption node parameter of polymer disposal and injection system.
