纳米MnO_2负载硅藻土的制备及其降解空气中甲醛的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以乙酸锰为反应原料,硅藻土微粒为载体,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米MnO2和纳米二氧化锰负载硅藻土材料.通过XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附对其晶体结构、形貌、表面性质及比表面积进行了表征.在自制甲醛气体降解箱中,研究了纳米MnO2负载硅藻土对空气中甲醛的催化降解活性,并与硅藻土和纳米MnO2的吸附活性进行比较.结果表明,所制备的纳米二氧化锰负载硅藻土材料在72 h内对甲醛气体的降解率达90.31%. The nanosized manganese dioxide and nanosized manganese dioxide loaded diatomite were prepared by sol-gel method using Mn( COOCH3 )2 as the raw material and citric acid as the complexing agent. The obtained samples were char- acterized by XRD, SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm, respectively. The catalytic activity of the nano-MnO2/diat- omite, diatomite and nano-MnO2 samples on formaldehyde were investigated in a sealed adsorption tank, results showed that the degradation rate of formaldehyde by nano-MnOJdiatomite was 90.31% in 72 hours.
