中小企业为我国经济的发展做出了重要贡献,但"融资难"的问题却长期存在。知识产权质押贷款融资是解决知识产权企业资金紧张的一个重要途径。中小企业知识产权贷款保证保险不仅能够在一定程度上提高中小企业信用水平,同时,为作为贷款发放方的银行提供了保障。本文在研究前人对于中小企业贷款信用保险的基础上,尝试引入知识产权质押贷款并结合保证保险为中小企业融资难提供了一种新的解决途径。

Small and medium -sized enterprise has made important contributions to China＇ s economic de- velopment, but the ＂financing＂ problem is long -standing. Intellectual property pledge loan financing is an im- portant way to address the intellectual property business financial stress. Small and medium - sized enterprise loan guarantee insurance of intellectual property not only to a certain extent, improve the level of enterprise cred- it, and the Bank provides guarantees for loans.
