合同生效时间就是合同约定履行时间吗?——与戴军副教授商榷

合同生效与合同履行是两个不同概念,合同生效时间亦非合同所约定的履行时间。合同生效是一个时间点,而合同履行得有多个时间,得为时间段,所以非即时清洁合同,合同生效时间与合同约定履行时间不能一致。
