用党的思想理论引导保险业员工理性的利益诉求

本文从分析保险业员工的精神困惑和心理问题入手,提出用新时期党的思想理论引导公司员工健康向上的世界观、价值观,从而有效的影响员工的利益诉求合理化、理性化,提高员工的向心性和身心健康,形成和谐积极向上的工作氛围,促进公司健康发展。

Based on the analysis of the mental puzzles and psychological problems of the employees in in- surance enterprises, the author suggests to conduct the employees＇ healthy and positive world view and attitude of value with the theoretical thoughts of the Party in the new era, so as to lead their interest appeal to be rational and reasonable, to enhance the the employees＇ centrality and physical ＆ mental health. In this way, a harmoni- ous and positive work atmosphere will be formed and which will promote the healthy development of the compa- nies.
