摘要
文章通过比较古罗马《十二铜表法》及中国古代《法经》，将两部法典的内容及体系排列进行对比，研究中西方不同的法律思想及文化渊源。
Based on a study of Twelve Tables written in the Ancient Rome and Canon of Laws completed in the ancient China, the author of this paper compares the contents and the systems of law described in the two great works, and analyses the different ideas (embodied in laws) and the relevent cultural background between China and the western countries.
