摘要
本文介绍了一种基于SYSWELD仿真的焊接部件的工艺优化方法。通过对公司B型地铁横梁焊接温度场建模及其加载方法,有限元网格建模以及不同焊序及条件下的焊接变形、焊接残余应力的计算过程及结果进行研究,获得较为满意的焊接顺序、焊接规范、装夹条件等工艺信息,并据此对焊接工艺进行优化。
The document describes the method of optimizing welding technological procedure based on SYSWELD and its application in simulation. By the way of study the B type subway rail car crossbeam simulation model and its application, and study the calculated process and result of welding transshape and welding remnants tension, we will gain a satisfied craft of the welding sequence, the welding standard and the welding assemble. In view of the above, we can optimize the welding technological procedure.
