With the development of integration and globalization of world economy, regional economic relations has become an increasingly important part of globalization. The development of the economic relations and trade will definitely promote the economic development in the two countries. Thus, China should formulate an over-all strategy for economic relations and trade. This article focuses on an analysis of the problems in the market environment in Russia and the development of Sino-Russian economic relations and trade and a feasible strategy for the economic relations and trade with Russia.
