摘要 分离油中溶解的故障气体是变压器在线监测的一个核心环节.在传统有机膜油气分离方法的基础上,提出采用微孔陶瓷膜进行油气分离的设想,并就此设计和搭建基于50nm微孔陶瓷膜的油气分离实验平台.该平台包括高压放电变压器故障模拟装置、陶瓷膜脱气装置以及近红外光声光谱气体检测单元.在该平台上测试陶瓷膜脱气装置对于油中溶解的典型故障气体C2H2的脱气性能,结果表明,该装置可在6h内实现C2H2的脱气平衡,脱气速率明显优于传统有机膜分离方法,初步验证了陶瓷膜应用于变压器在线监测油气分离的可行性. The separation of fault gases dissolved in insulation oil of transformers is an important part of power transformer on-line monitoring. In this paper, on the basis of traditional organic membrane gas separation method,a new oil-gas separation method based on 50nm ceramic mem- brane was demonstrated and the Experimental Platform was built. The platform includes three parts: Transformer High-voltage Discharge Fault Simulation Unit, Near-infrared Photoacoustic Spectroscopy Gas Detection Unit and Ceramic Oil-Gas Separation Unit. The degassing perform- ance for acetylene of this ceramic-based oil-gas separator was tested with this platform. The ex- periment results showed that the balance time for acetylene of ceramic-based oil-gas separator (6 h) was several times shorter than traditional polymer membranes and could basically meet the re- quirements of on-line monitoring. This result verified the feasibility of ceramic membrane applied to the transformer oil-gas separation.
