摘要
目的:关于手术室引进人性化护理模式的临床疗效分析及相关启示。方法:选取本院手术室于2010年5月-2011年4月接待的60例手术患者,设为对照组,给予常规手术室护理;选取2011年5月-2012年4月接待的60例手术患者,设为研究组,给予人性化护理。待术后第2天,采取自行设计心理舒适度和满意度问卷调查表对两组患者进行测评,并做好记录。结果:研究组患者舒适度和满意度评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:人性化护理可提高患者对医疗护理质量的满意度及认可感,不仅使患者获得生理及心理上的舒适,还可提高医院的品牌形象,值得在临床进一步推广。
Objective: To explore clinical effect of the introduction of humanistic nursing mode in operation room. Method: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing in operation room. The treatment group was given the humanized nursing. Analysis of psychological comfort and satisfaction questionnaire was carried out in the two groups. Result: Psychological comfort and care satisfaction score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Humanistic nursing care can improve the patient' s psychological comfort and satisfaction for nursing. Clinical effect is significant, worthy of further promotion.
