摘要
行业特色高校是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,其毕业生就业情况关系社会的稳定与发展,目前,行业特色高校本行业职工子弟存在就业特权,相对于其他学生存在就业不公现象。为此,从学校教育管理角度出发,探讨这种就业不公现象对学生产生的影响,并在此基础上提出了一些建议,如:加强学生就业指导工作;促进学生自身就业竞争力的提升;加强学生心理健康教育和思想政治教育;学校要准确把握用人市场的要求和趋势,科学合理设置专业和课程体系等。
Universities with industry characteristics is an important part of education system in China. The employ- ment of their graduates affects social stability and development. At present, children of the employees with relevant industry in these universities enjoy privileges in employment, which results in unfair employment opportunities. This paper explores the influence of this unfair employment on students from the perspective of school management. Based on the exploration, the authors offer some suggestions for the solution of this problem: providing more effec- tive employment guidance for students, promoting the students' competitiveness in employment, strengthening the students' mental health education and ideological and political education. We also hold that universities must un- derstand the exact requirement and trend of job market, and set up scientific curriculum system.
