摘要
提升职业院校教师所必需的专业能力结构,要通过相对完整、规范的企业实践经历来实现,这是发达国家的重要经验和我国现实国情下的必由选择。构建"四双三合"模式是完善青年教师企业实践的路径和方法。
Improving the professional ability structure needed for vocational school teachers through relatively complete and normative enterprise practice experiences is the important experience for foreign countries and an inevitable choice under the current circumstances. The construction of "four-three" mode will be the referential approach and method to explore enterprise practice for young teachers.
