基于循证医学的脑血管疾病临床教学模式探讨 被引量:4

摘要 为了提升医学本科实践教学质量,尤其是临床病例实际分析与处理水平,应尝试对实践教学模式与观念进行较大幅度的改革与创新。从基于课堂教学模式(LBL)经基于问题导向的教学模式(PBL)向循证医学模式(EBM)过渡与尝试。通过引入循证思想改革实践教学模式能有效提升学生临床实践能力,拓展学科视野,深化理论基础,提高临床医学实践教学质量。 We must improve and innovate greatly the model of the clinical practice teaching in order to promote the quality of medical teaching method results, peculiarly should enhance analysis and handle the ablility of the case in the clinical.The model of teaching should be transitted step by step from the model of LBL(lecture based learning) to the PBL model(problem based learning)to the EBD model(evidence based model).Improving the model of the practice teaching through introducing the EBM model, which the intern doctor should be developed knowledge and deepened the medical theory basis and enhanced the quality of the clinical practice tecching.
