近年来,随着汽车工业的飞速发展,中国已经居身全球第一大汽车产销国。然而光鲜的背后,对于汽车消费者的保护远没有达到汽车大国的水准。日前,国家质检总局发布《家用汽车产品修理、更换、退货责任规定》(以下简称“汽车三包”)。汽车三包分别明确了生产者、销售者、修理者以及消费者的责任和义务,这对于消费者而言意味着在汽车消费中具有了更多的维权力,对于经销商和气车厂商来说,也是督促其加强质量保证的法律依据。
In a few days, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, has released the 《 Regulation of Responsibility about Repair, Replacement and Cancel a Purchase for Auto Products Used in Family》 (briefed as "Three Warranties" in following) . The Three Warranties for auto have separately nailed down obligation and responsibility for consumers, menders, salesmen and producers. From the present viewing, as a tache of contact between clients and manufacturers, the counterclaim member can not be neglected in after-sales services for products.
