摘要
通过宏观分析、金相检验和力学性能检测等方法,对汽车摆臂断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:由于铸造工艺问题,该摆臂球化分级严重衰减,造成零件力学性能以及疲劳耐久性能大大降低,当零件受到较大外力时发生断裂。
Through macroscopic analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property test, fracture reasons for the control arm of automobile were analyzed. Results show that the casting process makes the spheroidization grade of the control arm attenuate seriously, therefore mechnical property and fatigue property are greatly reduced. So when the part is suffered strong external force, it fractures.
