摘要
选用合适的旋压设备,设计合理的工艺装备和旋压毛坯,通过实践加工验证,完善了变壁厚薄壁筒形件的旋压工艺参数(道次压下量、进给比、旋压方式等),得出了既能保证产品力学性能,又能保证产品质量和精度的旋压加工工艺方案。
By chosing suitable spinning equipment and designing reasonable tools and spinning blank the spinning process parame- ters (thickness reduction per pass, feed rate of rollers, spinning mode) of thin-walled cylindrical parts with variable wall thickness are improved through manufacturing test. The spinning process scheme is obtained by which mechanical property of the product can be en- sured and the quality and precision can be ensured too.
