空心铆钉冲切模设计

摘要 针对空心铆钉机加工工艺落后、生产效率低、材料利用率不高、切断后两端毛刺大而必须增加去毛刺工序等问题。介绍了一种采用冲压切断模具制作空心铆钉的方法。此工艺的关键是将待切断的空心铆钉部分套在凸模上,需切断分离管材部分用抽芯棒插入,避免被切断分离的管材部分冲切时变形。采用模具冲切,克服了用机加工生产空心铆钉的上述不足,产品质量得到了有效保证。 Aimed at the problem of the hollow rivet machine that technology is backward, manufacturing efficiency is low, the uti- lization rate of the material is not high, and when the machine cut it , the both sides of the hollow rivet will have burr with big size and the deburring operation have to be added. This paper introduces the method of punching and cutting the hollow rivet to solve the above problem. The most critical part of this craft is that the part of the seperation pipe which will be cut off is put on the punch and the core rod is put in the pipe to avoid the distortion of the pipe . Due to the punching mold, the industry not only has high production efficiency but also solve the oroblem and the oroduct quality is assured.
