摘要
青海某铅锌矿铅锌品位低,铅矿物与锌硫矿物共生关系密切,属于难选低品位铅锌矿石,采用优先浮选工艺方案对该矿石进行了小型试验.试验结果表明,优先浮选工艺方案利用铅矿物与锌硫矿物可浮性差异较大的特点,采用石灰、亚硫酸钠和硫酸锌等抑制锌硫,以乙硫氮为铅捕收剂,进行铅矿物的优先浮选,选铅尾矿脱水后调节矿浆pH值至10.5左右,用硫酸铜作为活化剂来活化铁闪锌矿选锌,试验在原矿含铅2.27%,含锌1.17%的条件下,取得了铅精矿含铅50.87%,铅回收率为78.33%,锌精矿含锌45.30%,锌回收率为70.47%的技术指标.
A certain lead-zinc ore in Qinghai belongs to low-grade refractory lead-zinc-ore because the content of lead and zinc are very low. The lead minerals associate to zinc and sulfur minerals closely. According to the characteristic of the big floatability difference between lead minerals and zinc sulfur minerals, the selective flotation flow-sheet is adopted. Laboratory test adopts diethyl dithiocarbamate as the collector of lead, with lime ,sodium sulfite and zinc sulfate as the depressor of zinc sulfur minerals in lead roughing, using copper sulfate as activator of marmatite after adjusting the pH value of the dehydration pulp of lead tailing to 10.5. The results show that under the condition of raw ore with a lead and zinc grade 2.27 % and 1.17 % respectively,the technical indicators of lead concentrate with lead grade 50.87 % and lead recovery 78.33 % and zinc concentrate with zinc grade 45.30 % and zinc recovery 70.47 % can be obtained from the closed-circuit test.
