教师职业道德评价机制现存问题分析

摘要 现行教师道德评价机制存在着“三轻三重”的现象,评价内容泛化、评价目标功利化、评价标准统一化的问题使得师德评价流于形式,不利于教师自身素养的提升和学校教育教学质量的提高。
