The Developmental Report of the Science and Technology Enterprises Owned by Local People in Jiangsu Province

民营科技企业是我国高新技术产业的一支重要的新生力量。本文分基本情况、发展态势、成绩分析、问题分析、相关建议五部分对江苏省民营科技发展的情况作了报告。本文认为，随着知识经济时代的到来，依仗科技领先和贴近市场，江苏省民营科技将在新世纪有大的发展。

Science and technology is taking an alive part in developing the country's high new technological industry. This article is divided into five parts as the following:the foundamental condition,the developing situation,the analysis of the achievements and the relevant suggestions,which report us the developing condition of the science and technological industry owned by the local people. We hold that with the coming times of intellectual economics the science and technology supported by the local people will take more rapidly progress in the new centurary in case that they take full advantages of the double factors:one is the science and technology in the lead,the other is we should be close to the market.
