摘要
该文在对比北京高碑店村和江苏永联村新农村建设经验的基础上,总结这些村庄在城乡一体化建设,农村产业结构调整和农民增收致富等方面的应对策略,并分析其内在的优势和不足,得出经验性结论,从而总结出一套具有更大范围普适价值的可持续的新农村发展经验,积极为中国社会主义新农村建设献计献策。
Based on the on-the-spot survey in Gaobeidian Village of Beijing and Yonglian Village of Jiangsu Province, the author has summarized and analyzed the advanced experiences for the Socialist New Countryside Con- struetion from the perspectives of concentrated residency, intensive land management, combined villages and enter- prises, welfare guarantee, and cultural construction.
