论我国成人高等教育的教师理念

On Improvement of Teachers' Quality in Adult Higher Education

本文依据成人高等教育理论，从成人高等教育教师的工作特点出发，阐述了成人高校教师的职能，并讨论了成人高校教师应具备的知识结构、能力结构和职业道德；在剖析我国成人高等教育教师队伍现状的基础上，提出了提高成人高校师资队伍质量的对策。

Basing on the analyses on adult higher education teachers' status in our country and the studies on the theory of adult higher education,we expound teaches' function in adult higher education in this paper. In order to realize teachers' function,we also put forward the knowledge,ability and professional morality structure that adult higher education teachers must build themselves and the countermeasure of improvement of teachers' quality in our country's adult higher education.
