海南企业亟待技术创新

Hainan's Enterprises are in Urgent Need of Innovation

企业技术创新是推动经济发展的重要力量 ,但海南企业在技术创新方面存在缺乏正确的认识、技术创新没有形成主体地位、技术创新内在动力不足等问题。因此 ,亟待采取建立创新协会、加强企业家队伍建设、把技术创新纳入企业领导考评指标体系和改善技术创新环境等措施。

This paper claims that technological innovation is a major push on enterprise economic development . However, lack of correct perception , unformed main body and shortage of internal motivation ,etc. in this respect may raise consequence to hinder technological innovation of Hainan enterprises .Therefore , as pointed out by the paper , it is imperative to establish technological association , enhance formation of entreprenurs , make technological innovation a criterion to asses managers proficiency and improve environment of technological innovation .
