舆论参政的理解与践行:解析“丁未政潮”期间的《京报》言论

Public Opinion in Political Participation:An Analysis of“Dingwei Political Wave”Reports of Peking Gazzete

本文以《汪穰卿先生遗著》所收篇目为基础,结合相关史料,分析《京报》在"丁未政潮"期间的言论及其影响,认为在突出的"参政"指向下,该报对舆论参政效力的运用与认识都有其独到之处,这反映出近代报人将报刊舆论作为推行政治改革理想最大动力的一种尝试与努力。

＂Dingwei Plitical Wave＂ was an important political event at the end of Qing Dynasty. Based on the content of Posthumous Work of Wang Rangqing, this article collected the historical materials to analyze the reports and influence of Peking Gazette in this political wave. It holds the point that Peking Gazzete is the unique power on pushing the public to take part in political affairs under the obvious political participation inclination. This reflects their efforts on putting forward the idea of revolution with the newspaper.
