分析突发事件网络舆情信息数据特征,以网络信息量为研究对象,构建突发事件网络舆情信息传播规律模型,研究突发事件网络舆情潜伏期的高潮预测问题、扩散期的负面信息监测问题以及消退期的衍生舆情监测问题,利用MATALB数值仿真进行实证研究,为网络舆情预警研究提供思路。

Analyze emergency network information data change role, in order to network information content as the research object, con- structing the emergency network public opinion information propagation law model, the emergency network public opinion incubation peri- od of high water prediction problem, diffusion phase network rumors monitoring problems and resolve issue of the derivative public opinion monitoring problem, use MATALB numerical simulation for empirical research, for the network public opinion to provide early warning research ideas.
