摘要
基于对群体负面情绪与群体事件关系的梳理,认为群体负面情绪是群体事件发生的关键致灾因子,具有复杂性、传染性、衍生性及动态破坏性等特征。应用系统动力学方法将群体负面情绪体系分为个人心理、社会传播和负面情绪治理三个层面,对各层面的行为模式及关键变量进行分析,并通过系统仿真,发现系统变量对负面情绪体系行为的影响关系,尤其是认知水平和预警机制的显著性作用,从而为负面情绪治理提出建议。
The group negative emotions are the key hazards of collective events, with the characteristics of complexity, infectious, deriva- tive and dynamic. Using system dynamics method, the group negative emotional system is divided into individual psychological level, so- cial communication level and governance level. The behavior patterns and key variables of these levers are analyzed afterwards, then through system simulation, we find the influence of the variables on the behaviors of negative emotions system, especially the significant effects of cognitive level and warning mechanism, and put forward the proposal of negative emotional governance.
