犯罪情报结构化分析技术是结构化思维的具体应用,它由结构化的内容、方法、流程、形式与背景知识构成,实质是通过事物的内在结构来认识对象的本质特点与发展规律,强调分类、结构、流程、形式和逻辑,通过结构的完整性、流程的可操作性、形式的易理解性和逻辑的严密性来保证分析结果的正确性。知识地图是结构化思维的典型应用,它通过对解决问题的方法、经验、知识、技能的结构化呈现,便于理解和记忆,使思考和行动有章可循,并实现个人和组织知识与经验的分享、管理和重复利用。犯罪情报分析中所需的知识地图主要包括结构化的背景知识、分析内容(指标要素)、分析方法和工具、分析流程、信息描述方式等五类。

Structured analytic techniques of criminal intelligence that make the essence, characteristics and laws of the development of ob- jective things being known through their inner structure is the specific application of structured thinking. It emphasizes classification, struc- ture, process, form and logic, and based on the structural integrity, process operability, form intelligibility and logical rigor, it helps to ensure the correctness of the analysis results. As a typical application of structured thinking, through structuring the methods, experience, knowledge and skills, knowledge map makes it easy for analyst to understand and memorize knowledge, think and act following rules, and it also helps people and organization to share, manage and reuse knowledge. The knowledge map demanded by criminal intelligence analy- sis includes structured background knowledge, criminal intelligence analysis content （index elements）, methods and tools, process and in- formation description framework and so on.
