我国政务信息资源整合与共享研究综述

Review on Government Information Resources Integration and Sharing in China

对近年来我国政务信息资源整合及共享研究相关文献进行分析,首先从整合与共享的动力出发,分析了其发展中存在的阻碍因素;其次,对现有研究成果中的政务信息资源整合与共享的模式、技术方法及模型进行了梳理;然后,简要介绍了目前我国政务信息资源整合过程中的已有成果并对其进行了分析;最后,在此基础上对我国政务信息资源整合与共享今后的发展方向进行了展望。

This paper analyzes the state of art of government information integration and sharing in China. From the power perspective, the obstacles of the development of integration and sharing are analyzed. Then the mode, technical methods and models of government in- formation resources integration and sharing are combined based on the existing research. Furthermore, the existing achievements of govern- ment information resources integration process are briefly introduced and analyzed. Finally, an outlook of future development direction of the integration and sharing of government information resources in China is given.
