培养高端技能型人才应关注的几个问题

Suggestions on Training of High-skilled Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

结合案例从高端技能型人才的内涵及特征入手,探讨了在培养高端技能型人才过程中应关注三方面的问题:关注入学初期的育人教育,注重培养学生的自信心和良好的职业道德素养;关注学生学习阶段的顶岗实习,注重专业技术技能培养;关注学生可持续学习力的培养,注重提升学生的可持续发展能力。

The paper argues that to meet requirements of the current economic and social development for high- end skilled personnel, vocational colleges should set predictive goals. It sets out to analyze the practical case and pre- sents the connotation and features of the high-skilled and three suggestions are made in developing training program. The orientation should focus on helping students build self-confidence and good professional ethics; internship program should be targeted at the training of professional and technical skills; the cultivation of students＂ sustainable learning a- bility and improvement of the students＂ capacity for sustainable development should also be given special attention.
