摘要
针对目前市场推出的小型生物质锅炉结构不合理、燃烧效率低的缺点,研究生物质压块的燃料特性与燃烧特性,据此开发研制新型的以生物质压块为燃料的热水锅炉,其锅炉供热量为230 kW.对试验锅炉进行工况下的正平衡测试与反平衡测试,数据显示锅炉热效率达到80.14%,燃烧率达到90%以上,且排放物中的SO2、NOX有害气体含量远低于同容量燃煤锅炉,符合国家关于工业锅炉大气中污染物排放标准的要求.
Unreasonable for small biomass boilers structure of the current market, the shortcomings of low combustion efficiency, positive balance test with anti-introduction combustion characteristics of bio.mass fuels and emis- sion characteristics, according to this feature developed a new type of biomass briquetting fuel hot water boiler, boiler for heat 230 kW test boiler conditions balance test. The data shows that the thermal efficiency of the boiler reaches 80. 14%, the buming rate is more than 90% , and the emissions were SOz, NOx content of harmful gases is far lower than the same-capacity coal-fired boilers, industrial boilers, air pollutant emissions in line with national standard requirements.
