摘要
国家助学贷款政策几经变革,问题却依然存在。社会保障基金参与国家助学贷款,将使国家助学贷款体系处于一种良性运行状态。本文通过对全国19所高校的相关调研,从实践和操作层面来分析社会保障基金参与国家助学贷款的可行性,并建构运行的基本模型。
Though policy of National Student Loanshas been through several transformations, its problems still exist. Social Security Fund supplementing National Student Loans will improve the running condition of thisSystem. This article analyzed the feasibility of such supplementation in practical and operational visions based on an investigation of 19 universities in China and constructed the basic model of operation.
