摘要
"人均受教育年限"是衡量一个区域社会发展水平的重要指标,准确评估和预测国民平均受教育年限对于制定经济社会发展战略具有重要意义。本文在确定适合性高的计算方法的基础上,依据人口抽样调查数据对当前河北省的人均受教育年限作出测算,并在此基础上运用《河北省人口发展战略研究报告》数据,对"十二五"期间的河北人均受教育年限进行科学预测,通过一系列动态分析手段,提出有效提升河北省人均受教育年限的基本思路。
The term of "average schooling years" is an important index to evaluate the developing level of one region, so it is significant in making up the plan of developing economy. This paper estimates the average schooling years of Hebei people according to population survey, and applies the data from Research Report of Hebei Population Development Strategy to give a scientific estimation in the future. After these,this paper PUtS forward the realistic path to enhance the average Schooling years of Hebei people.
