Countermeasures and Suggestions for Social Assistance in Hebei Province

河北省社会救助取得很大成就,社会救助体系框架基本形成,社会救助制度化建设进展很快,社会救助力度增强,发挥作用越来越大。但社会救助标准整体偏低,覆盖面窄,整体效能不高,需进一步强化政府责任,加强社会救助法制化,提高公民参与度。

Great achievements have been made in social assistance of Hebei province, such as a better system, frame, scope and so on. However, the standard of social assistance is relatively low and overall performance is not high. To solve these problems, the governments＂ responsibilities should be strengthened; social assistance system should be set up; more people should participate in social assistance.
