摘要
目的:优化刺槐花中刺槐苷的提取工艺。方法:根据Box-Benhnken中心组合设计原理,采用响应面分析法优化乙醇体积分数、液料比、浸提时间及提取次数4个自变量对刺槐苷得率的影响,利用SAS 9.2软件对试验数据进行回归分析。结果:最佳提取工艺为加23倍量76%乙醇浸提2次,每次60 min。刺槐苷平均得率达1.834%,转移率86.88%。结论:优选的工艺条件稳定可行,为刺槐花中刺槐苷的提取提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of robinin from flowers of Robinia pseudoacacia. Method: According to the design principle of Box-Benhnken,effects of ethanol volume fraction,liquid-material ratio,extraction time and extraction times on extraction rate of robinin were studied by response surface method,meanwhile regression analysis of these experimental data was used by SAS 9.2 software. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extracted 2 times with 23 times the amount of 76% ethanol,60 min per time.Under these conditions,the average extraction rate of robinin could be up to 1.834% with the transfer rate of 86.88%. Conclusion: These optimized conditions could provide experimental evidence for extracting of robinin from flowers of R. pseudoacacia.
