Content Determination and Transfer Rate Investigation of Effective Component from FDQ Particles

目的:建立肺毒清处方中有效成分的含量测定方法,并考察其含量与转移率的相关性。方法:按不同方法计算药材中有效成分的含量和提取转移率,包括取过筛后药材细粉测定和根据过筛药材细粉及未过筛后纤维中有效成分的含量及其在药材中所占比例,计算有效成分含量。结果:根据药材标准测得的有效成分含量不一定能真正反映其在药材中真实含量,并可能会影响有效成分的提取转移率。结论:计算药材中有效成分提取转移率时,应根据药材中有效成分的"真实含量"进行计算。

Objective： To establish content determination method for effective component from FDQ particles,and investigate correlation of the content and transfer rate. Method： Content and transfer rate of effective component in herbs were calculated by different methods,including determination of sieving medicinal powder and in accordance with percentage of effective component in sifted medicinal powder and unsifted fiber,then calculated the content of effective component. Result： The content of effective component could not reflect its real value in herbs,which was determined by the standard method,and it may affect the transfer rate of effective component. Conclusion： when calculate transfer rate of effective component,we must rely on the real content of effective component in Chinese medicines.
