Synthesis and applications of macrocyclic antibiotics-based chiral stationary phase for HPLC

大环抗生素分子含有多个不对称中心,广泛用作手性选择剂。大环抗生素分子含有氨基、羟基、羧基等多种官能团,能与含有氨基、异氰酸酯基、环氧乙烷基等活性基团的化合物发生反应。从用作手性固定相的大环抗生素的种类、大环抗生素手性固定相制备方法及其在高效液相色谱中的应用3个方面介绍了国内外近年来的研究进展。

Macrocyclic antibiotics have many unsymmetry centers. They are widely used as chiral selector. Macrocyclic antibiotics with amino,hydroxyl,carboxyl and other functional groups can react containing amino,isocyanate, epoxyethyl and other active groups of compounds. The structures of chiral sta- tionary phases consisting of macrocyclic antibiotics and the application of the chiral stationary phases in high-performance liquid chromatography is reviewed.
